About the Program
LeadHERship Lab™ isn’t just a program it’s a movement.
Built for girls ages 11–17, the Lab helps girls step into their confidence, speak up for what matters, and lead boldly in school, life, and beyond.
Inside the Lab, girls gain real-world skills through hands-on sessions, sisterhood, and mentorship. Whether she’s soft-spoken or outspoken, analytical or artistic, every girl leaves the Lab with the tools to lead her way.
